And while his new “pro model” bearings from FKD won’t suddenly give you handrail superpowers, they will go nice and fast.

These FKD Pat Duffy “Pro Swiss” bearings make quite a decent kit – they couple a smooth spin with included (but separate) bearing spacers and precisely-made rubber shields on both sides of the bearings.
We know a lot of skaters nowadays ignore the spacers and remove the shields, but trust us on this – using both will keep the bearings running smoother for longer. And while we’re happy to take your money, these bearings are a bit more expensive than the average for a reason. Look after them!
