We’ve measured the FILM 6.0 Inverted Kingpin trucks up, and we get a real-world hanger measurement of 153mm, an axle of 8.75″, and a height to the center of the axle of about 55mm with the stock bushings, with a weight (including all supplied nuts and washers) of 385g per truck.
The bottom bushing measures 14mm, and the top one is 10.3mm – with a specially-shaped extension to fit around the kingpin in the hanger to hold the hanger central and reduce slop. The provided bushings measure 88a on our durometer, and should be fine for most skaters out of the box.
The inverted kingpin can be adjusted with either a regular skate tool or an allen key (which isn’t supplied with the trucks). If you want to go the allen key route, it looks like you’ll need a 5.5mm one.
Finally, and just as a warning… as with most inverted kingpins, the hex nut in the baseplate isn’t held in place by anything other than the shape of the baseplate. This is a Good Thing as it means it’s still interchangeable, but note that it will drop out of position if you remove the kingpin – or keep it too loose! – and you may need to remove the truck from the deck to rebuild the truck. One quick hack would be to put duct-tape under the baseplate to ensure the nut does not drop out of the baseplate if you remove the kingpin. You could also JB weld the nut in place, but that will make replacing it if the threads strip nigh-impossible!
