Ah, it’s good to see some brands returning to smaller size decks. Darkroom‘s The Terror is a manageable 7.75″, perfect for flatground flips and ledge tricks.
Skateboarding’s been stuck on a 90s kick for a while, so maybe it’s time to give a 7.75″ a go and get back on that early 2000s style.

Note that Darkroom state that this deck is 31.5″ long, but we measured it as 31.25″; 31.5″ is the measurement you get if you push the tape down to follow the curves of the nose and tail along the top ply, which is not how we measure the length of a deck – we keep the tape flat in a straight line from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail.
So if you see different measurements for this deck elsewhere, now you know why!
