Choosing trucks for a shaped deck isn’t as simple as with a “normal” straight-sided popsicle. Although this Dreyfus Art deck from Blast measures 9.5″ at its widest point, it narrows to 9″ at both trucks.

As such, this deck would work perfectly with some classic Ace 55s or the fancy Ace AF1 66s, but you could also go for the 9.1″ axle of the Film 6.5s or the taller Paris 169 TKPs if you wanted to run bigger wheels – but note that the Paris come in at 9.3″ wide, so they’d stick out a bit at both ends.
